Customer Review: Ounce of prevention and all that
Prior to discovering Airborne products, I would get sick several times a year and it would linger to the point where it felt like I was sick more often than I was healthy. It turned me into a nutcase about germs and sick people and washing my hands like I had Lady Macbeth syndrome or something… but Airborne *appears* to have helped me immensely! Every time I think I feel that little tickle in the back of my throat that’s usually a precursor to a cold or if I’ve been around someone with the flu I start pounding Airborne and I don’t get sick! Even with my five-year-old germ factory coughing all over me I manage to stay (relatively) healthy… whether it’s a placebo effect or if it’s real, who cares? You know, gift horses, mouths, all that… sure, it’s expensive, but it’s worth being able to call in sick without always really being sick. Besides, it goes great in booze and seems to decrease hangover symptoms! (results may vary)

Customer Review: Strong and reliable latex gloves
I am very happy with those gloves for children care. They are strong, elastic and safe. I recommend this brand compare to others (I have tried 3 different breands at that time).
Customer Review: Excellent gloves
These are disposable gloves that end up costing as little as the cheapest gloves you can buy at a Wal-Mart/Home Depot, but unlike the cheap vinyl or powdered vinyl ones, these are not only very comfortable, but high quality and non-irritating. Regular heavy-duty rubber gloves give me a rash, but these don’t, probably because they’re powder-free. They’re tough yet flexible enough to use for regular household tasks; I use them when I fold laundry (I’m sensitive to detergent and fabric softeners). They’re too short to use for washing dishes, so I wear regular rubber gloves on top.

Did you know that some fats are essential to the body? Yes, there are some fats that our body cannot produce which means that we must get them from our food. Perhaps you’ve heard of omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 fatty acids. These are both considered essential and must be supplied by the foods we eat.

What do they do? Well, the omega-3 fatty acid, for example is used for the production of healthy cell membranes and for the production of a class of hormones called prostaglandins. You know how aspirin and acetominophen are anti-inflammatories? So are the prostaglandins that our bodies produce from omega-3 fatty acids.

Now, we need the omega-3’s and the omega-6’s to be in the proper combination to be most effective to us. Empirical evidence shows that the proper ratio is about 4:1 between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. What do you suppose our average diet gives us? About a 20:1 and up to a 40:1 ratio; not even close to the optimal ratio.

Why is the balance so out of whack? Well, our normal diets are rich in omega-6 fatty acids. We get them from meats, dairy products, and processed foods. We eat a lot of those foods on average. We get omega-3 fatty acids from certain vegetable oils such as flaxseed, canola, and soybean. And we get omega-3 fatty acids from cold-water fish such as mackerel, sardines, salmon, and tuna.

Eat more fish! You’ve heard that said before, and now you know why.

Especially the salmon. It is especially rich in the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon , or any of the other omega-3 rich fish (but what tastes better than good salmon?) should be consumed at least once a week.

In order to get the omega-6 vs. omega-3 ratio in order, decrease your consumption of the saturated fat from meats and dairy products and increase your consumption of fish such as salmon.

Do you know how else you will benefit from increased consumption of omega-3 fatty acids? Your cholesterol level will improve. You see, the essential omega-3 fatty acids have the ability to help decrease your total cholesterol and your LDL cholesterol level. The LDL cholesterol is the so-called bad cholesterol. So you will improve your cholesterol levels by adding a better balance of omega-3 fatty acids to your diet.

Not surprisingly, the omega-3 fatty acids can be heart healthy. Several diseases show improvement when patients increase their intake of these essential fats. Check out Dr. Ray Strand’s important book for citings of clinical studies of omega-3. The book is titled, “What Your Doctor Doesn’t Know About Nutritional Medicine May Be Killing You.” It’s a wonderful book and should be a standard reference volume in your nutrition library.

Eat well, take appropriate supplements, and stay healthy.

Food Sources That Boost Glutathione Naturally

Glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant and detoxifier, is one of the 14 “Superfoods” listed in SuperFoods Rx : Fourteen Foods That Will Change Your Life, co-authored by Dr Steven Pratt.

Glutathione levels cannot be increased to a clinically beneficial extent by orally ingesting a single dose of glutathione. (1) This is because glutathione is manufactured inside the cell, from its precursor amino acids, glycine, glutamate and cystine.

Hence food sources or supplements that increase glutathione must either provide the precursors of glutathione, or enhance its production by some other means.

The manufacture of glutathione in cells is limited by the levels of its sulphur-containing precursor amino acid, cysteine.

Cysteine - as a free amino acid - is potentially toxic and is spontaneously catabolized or destroyed in the gastrointestinal tract and blood plasma. However, when it is present as a cysteine-cysteine dipeptide, called cystine, it is more stable than cysteine.

Consuming foods rich in sulphur-containing amino acids can help boost glutathione levels. Here are some food sources and dietary supplements that help boost glutathione levels naturally.

1. N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)

It is derived from the amino acid L-Cysteine, and acts as a precursor of glutathione. NAC is quickly metabolized into glutathione once it enters the body. It has been proven in numerous scientific studies and clinical trials, to boost intracellular production of glutathione, and is approved by the FDA for treatment of accetaminophen overdose. Because of glutathione’s mucolytic action, NAC (brand name Mucomyst) is commonly used in the treatment of lung diseases like cystic fibrosis, bronchitis and asthma.

2. Milk Thistle, Silymarin

Milk thistle is a powerful antioxidant and supports the liver by preventing the depletion of glutathione. Silymarin is the active compound of milk thistle. It is a natural liver detoxifier and protects the liver from many industrial toxins such as carbon tetrachloride, and more common agents like alcohol.

3. Alpha Lipoic Acid

Made naturally in body cells as a by-product of energy release, ALA increases the levels of intra-cellular glutathione, and is a natural antioxidant with free radical scavenging abilities. It has the ability to regenerate oxidized antioxidants like Vitamin C and E and helps to make them more potent. ALA is also known for its ability to enhance glucose uptake and may help prevent the cellular damage accompanying the complications of diabetes. It also has a protective effect in the brain.

4. Natural Foods That Boost Glutathione Levels

Asparagus is a leading source of glutathione. Foods like broccoli (2), avocado and spinach are also known to boost glutathione levels. Raw eggs, garlic and fresh unprocessed meats contain high levels of sulphur-containing amino acids and help to maintain optimal glutathione levels.

5. Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein contains proteins like alpha-lactalbumin which is is rich in sulphur-containing amino acids. Heating or pasteurization destroys the delicate disulphide bonds that give these proteins their bioactivity. Undenatured whey protein is a non-heated product that preserves bioactive amino acids like cystine. It has been shown in numerous scientific studies and clinical trials to optimize glutathione levels.

6. Curcumin (Turmeric)

Treatment of brain cells called astrocytes, with the Indian curry spice, curcumin (turmeric) has been found to increase expression of the glutathione S-transferase and protect neurons exposed to oxidant stress. (3)

7. Balloon Flower Root

Changkil saponins (CKS) isolated from the roots of the Chinese herbal medicine, Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC (Campanulaceae), commonly called Balloon Flower Root or Jie Geng, have been found to increase intracellular glutathione (GSH) content and significantly reduce oxidative injury to liver cells, minimise cell death and lipid peroxidation. (4)

8. Selenium

Selenium is a co-factor for the enzyme glutathione peroxidase. Selenium supplements have become popular because some studies suggest they may play a role in decreasing the risk of certain cancers, and in how the immune system and the thyroid gland function. However, too much selenium can cause some toxic effects including gastrointestinal upset, brittle nails, hair loss and mild nerve damage.

Customer Review: I think it is very worth the price and hype
I would consider myself a pretty active guy when it comes to exercise. I am not muscle bound, but try to do push-up’s and pull-up’s every day. I am about 178lbs, and 5′10. My problem with sit-ups have always been lower back issues and sometimes neck. I have tried roughly three different machines (including the machine at the gym which is kinda pointless if you don’t sit on it for an hour). So, I was in Dicks, and they had a demo Ab Rocket sitting out. I was like, ‘What the hell! Let me look like like a dork doing exercises in a wholeseller warehouse.’ I sat on the AbRocket and started the motion. A couple of people asked me as I was doing it if I felt anything, I didn’t know yet. All I knew was my back and neck felt supported. When it hit me to tighten my stomach muscles while doing the exercise - I knew the Ab Rocket was my product. I got off that chair somewhat sore (in a good way). I have owned this product now for over a month. If you already have a decent body type, a month’s time will show you some visable results. Do it daily, WATCH the instructional dvd and eat better and see what this thing will do for you. The one thing that throws me off though, is it not easily storable as the commercial suggests. It is an eye-sore which in the case of working on your abs is a good thing, because you have to do this kind of workout once a day to see any results in the future. Storing it is pointless. This is really the most fun I have ever had doing sit-ups, not like exercise like this is fun, but if genes did not give you the perfect torso area, this very well should. It is working for me!
Customer Review: IT’S ALL RELATIVE
As a person who, 25 years ago, could do over 2000 sit-ups in 1 1/2 hrs. I now find myself with much less energy and a more sedentary job and 60 years old. I have shunned all the other “hide-under-the-bed” exercise scams. I took a chance on this one and must say that the construction and theory are not bad in practice. For someone who wants to watch TV/listen to music/meditate while springing back-and-forth, I notice positive ab muscle tensioning. It’s easy to sit there and rock; and before you know it you’re rocking more and more, and easier and easier. Since the abs are the key to lower back muscle strength how can this tiny device, at a mere $100 hurt more than the first few days? This item will NEVER be under my bed. I’ll wear it out and ask for one made from stainless steel! I think it’s the best ab device available, if you need a device to motivate you to do ab exercises. Apt dwellers, this I recommend for you.

Customer Review: Poor Program
The program is not user friendly at all. The logs to track body fat %, muscle mass, etc. are not included in the program as advertised. The Encore support site appologizes for the glitch in the logs but offers no reslotuion to the problem. I reccomend staying away from this program!
Customer Review: At least it’s a nice box!
It seems that Encore spent more time and money on package design than on R&D. First, the software is focused almost entirely on health club workouts (Smith machine and cable exercises) and much too light on dumbell/barbell exercises that would make sense for somebody working out at home…near a computer! This only makes sense if you’re working on paper, in which case you don’t need a computer, just a log. This is the most glaringly stupid aspect of this software, but there’s more. Secondly, after the user has gone through the very tedious process of creating a routine (not user friendly at all), the routine’s exercises list out in alphabetical order instead of being organized by day in the workout cycle and from major to minor muscle groups. Ridiculous. Finally, the resultant printout isn’t anything you could easily use at a health club unless you export the info into an Excel spreadsheet or Word table and reorganize and format it. However, it would be a shame if they don’t look at this as a beta version and make appropriate improvements. Anybody else remember Personal Trainer with Shane Minor? That was a much better program when it was first released, but it wasn’t further developed.

Customer Review: Disappointing For A Casio
I’ve had Casios before, and this one is a step down. It is very difficult to set up, especially the analog time. Here’s my biggest complaint and biggest warning: If you are looking to buy this watch as an accurate displaying of the temperature, then look for another product. What they only tell you in the fine print after you buy the watch is that the temperature reading is affected by your body temperature. So…if you’re planning on actually WEARING the watch (hello??) you won’t get an accurate temperature. I’m sitting in a 75 degree room typing this, and the watch says the temperature is 92.4 degrees farenheit. Like I said, a tad disappointing.

Customer Review: Casio Men’s Forester Sports Thermometer Watch
Typical Casio quality. Easy to read dial and I like the temperature readout. Setup is also very easy. Great watch.

Amazon.com Tent Guide
Selecting a Tent
Fortunately, there are all kinds of tents for weekend car campers, Everest expeditions, and everything in-between. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Expect the Worst
In general, it’s wise to choose a tent that’s designed to withstand the worst possible conditions you think you’ll face. For instance, if you’re a summer car camper in a region where weather is predictable, an inexpensive family or all purpose tent will likely do the trick–especially if a vehicle is nearby and you can make a mad dash for safety when bad weather swoops in! If you’re a backpacker, alpine climber or bike explorer, or if you like to car camp in all seasons, you’ll want to take something designed to handle more adversity.

Three- and Four-Season Tents
For summer, early fall and late spring outings, choose a three-season tent. At minimum, a quality three season tent will have lightweight aluminum poles, a reinforced floor, durable stitching, and a quality rain-fly. Some three-season tents offer more open-air netting and are more specifically designed for summer backpacking and other activities. Many premium tents will feature pre-sealed, taped seams and a silicone-impregnated rain-fly for enhanced waterproofness.

For winter camping or alpine travel, go with a four season model. Because they typically feature more durable fabric coatings, as well as more poles, four-season tents are designed to handle heavy snowfall and high winds without collapsing. Of course, four-season tents exact a weight penalty of about 10 to 20 percent in trade for their strength and durability. They also tend to be more expensive.

Domes, Tunnels and Sacks
Tents are broadly categorized into two types, freestanding, which can stand up on their own, and those that must be staked down in order to stand upright. Freestanding tents often incorporate a dome-shaped design, and most four-season tents are constructed this way because a dome leaves no flat spots on the outer surface where snow can collect. Domes are also inherently stronger than any other design. Meanwhile, many three-season models employ a modified dome configuration called a tunnel. These are still freestanding, but they require fewer poles than a dome, use less fabric, and typically have a rectangular floor-plan that offers less storage space than a dome configuration. Many one and two-person tents are not freestanding, but they make up for it by being more lightweight. Because they use fewer poles, they can also be quicker to set up than a dome.

Size Matters
Ask yourself how many people you’d like to fit in your fabric hotel now and in the future. For soloists and minimalists, check out one-person tents. If you’re a mega-minimalist, or if you have your eye on doing some big wall climbs, a waterproof-breathable bivy sack is the ticket. Some bivy sacks feature poles and stake points to give you a little more breathing room. Also, if you don’t need bug protection and you want to save weight, check out open-air shelters.

Families who plan on car camping in good weather can choose from a wide range of jumbo-sized tents that will accommodate all your little ones with room to spare. A wide range of capacities is also available for three- and four-season backpacking and expedition tents. Remember, though, the bigger the tent you buy, the heavier it will be, although it’s easy to break up the tent components among several people in your group. It’s also helpful to compare the volume and floor-space measurements of models you’re considering.

Customer Review: Love this tent!
It just barely fits a queen size inflatable matress but you can get one in there! This is a very well built tent with lots of extra pockets and other things I haven’t figured out what they’re for yet. The first night that I used it, it rained on us, and not one drop leaked through =)

Customer Review: Perfect for the occasional camper!
I recently bought this tent for a weekend camping trip. It is the first tent I have ever purchased, and for the price, the quality is very impressive. I would hardly call it a “three-person” tent, but two people can definitely fit inside comfortably with enough room to stretch their legs. Set-up is pretty straightforward. A quick glance at the directions, and it took the two of us less than ten minutes. We kept the weather cover off during the day (we tried keeping it on, but the tent turned into a sauna) and put it on at night. The nights at our campground got pretty damp, but we woke up to zero moisture inside the tent. Taking it down was also a breeze, and it took less than a half hour for the outside of the tent to dry so we could roll it up and put it away.

FRS Antioxidant Health Drink, Low Calorie, Peach Mango, 11.5-Ounce Cans (Pack of 24)

Why You Need FRS
One of the top theories about why the body ages— and why you feel tired, worn-out or foggy headed — involves tiny molecules known as free radicals, which are created as a natural result of any metabolic activity. For example, after you jog a mile, free radicals circulate in the body. Even non-exercise activities, such as working at a computer, generate free radicals. Free radicals are even created by each breath you take.

A small amount of free radicals are not a problem. Your body produces its own batch of free radical eliminators called “antioxidants” to seek out and destroy free radicals. You also get small amounts of antioxidants from the foods you eat, such as certain fresh fruits and vegetables.

But problems occur when free radicals become too numerous. When your body fails to produce enough antioxidants quickly enough — or additional free radicals are created by high stress, poor diet, lack of sleep or environmental toxins — healthy cells and tissues get damaged. Free radicals attack your heart cells, liver cells, even brain cells. They also attack and destroy mitochondria — the cells that produce energy in the body. Free radical damage is now believed to be a contributing factor behind being overweight and obese, fatigue, poor thinking, muscle injury and serious ailments such as arthritis, heart disease, stroke and cancer!

So if you’re suffering from low energy, midday sluggishness, muddled thinking, stress-related anxiety — or you simply want to boost your weight loss efforts — the first thing you should do is give your body more antioxidants by regularly taking FRS to help wipe out the bad free radicals.

Why Lance Armstrong uses FRS

Recently, Harvard scientists created FRS, a patented formula that contains some of the most powerful antioxidant nutrients in the world. When consumed on a daily basis, these nutrients work synergistically to give your body the extra help it needs to destroy free radicals and reclaim the youthful energy and mental focus you deserve.

FRS works so well because it not only contains 100% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of time-honored antioxidants such as vitamins A, C and E — along with other key energy-producing and energy-sustaining compounds like vitamins B6, B12 and niacin. But FRS also gives you two key dimensions of antioxidant support that take your vitality to new heights:

Quercetin
Quercetin is one of the most powerful antioxidants and is naturally found in the skins of blueberries, red onions, apples and other fruits and vegetables. Independent studies have linked quercetin with improved physical performance, mood enhancement as well as anti-inflammatory and anti-allergen effects. Unfortunately, you would need to eat dozens of fruits and vegetables every day to get the amount of quercitin shown to be effective in these studies. Taking FRS every day supplies all the quercetin you need and is much easier than eating dozens of fruits and vegetables. The quercetin used in FRS is pharmaceutical grade 99.5% pure quercetin - called QU 995.
Green Tea Catechins (EGCG)
Catechins, specific nutrients found in green tea, have strong antioxidant properties. Researchers have found that EGCG — the primary catechin in green tea — is 100 times more potent than vitamin C against free radical damage. In addition, many scientists now believe that the much-publicized weight-loss effect that occurs in people who drink green tea may be due to the presence of EGCG rather than the presence of caffeine. It is believed that EGCG — by protecting the body’s mitochondria from free radicals — allows the body to produce more energy. That’s why FRS includes a potent amount of concentrated EGCG in every serving.
Clinical Studies and FRS

During a six-week study, university employees were asked to perform their daily jobs, which required physical exertion, lifting, repetitive movements and attention to detail. At the end of the study, scientists measured the work performance and found that when the workers took FRS they experienced:

Recently, researchers gathered a group of volunteers aged 49 to 69 who had been diagnosed with advanced-stage cancer for at least 1.6 years. Scientists found that when patients consumed FRS on a daily basis, they reported:

A United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) funded study shows antioxidant Quercetin reduces susceptibility to viral illness and helps brain function under stress. Forty test subjects were subjected to extreme physical stress during a five week period. Half were given 1000 milligrams of Quercetin daily (equal to 3 servings of FRS) and half were given a placebo. The results were dramatic:

An independent, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study on the effect of FRS on cycling performance in eleven elite cyclists was completed at Pepperdine University in June 2004 and is being published in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism. The results were dramatic — one minute and 31 seconds improvement in a 30 km simulated mountainous time trial.

The ORAC test measures the total antioxidant power of foods. The higher the ORAC score, the better a food or beverage destroys free radicals. Recently, researchers conducted an ORAC test of FRS and compared its score to other popular antioxidant or energy drinks. Here’s what they found:

Customer Review: Great product!
Xlear - Spry gum is a great product with a good taste. My teeth feel much cleaner after chewing this gum for a few minutes.
Customer Review: Gum that’s good for you!
Our dentist recommended that we chew this gum 3 times a day after each meal because the xylitol kills the bacteria that causes cavities. It’s tasty though it doesn’t hold it’s flavor for a long time - not a big deal. I would definitely recommend.

Customer Review: A grandmother’s favorite teaching puzzle
I’m a grandmother of 6 small children ranging from ages infant to 6 years old. Without question, the older children have enjoyed this colorful puzzle, never seeming to tire of putting it together. The best part is that they are learning the entire time while discussing where the heart, lungs, liver, etc. are located. This is a durable, well-made puzzle which I am pleased to give as gifts and the recipients have been thrilled to have something so creative, entertaining and educational for their children and grandchildren. All children would benefit by having this puzzle as a learning tool.
Customer Review: Science-minded puzzle is a winner
Every child (and adult, for that matter) has a natural curiosity about the human body and its “workings”. I have found no better way to answer questions from my little ones than by working on this puzzle together. From my 3 year old to my 8 year old to me(!), we’re all entertained putting this puzzle together. It’s a definite must-get.

Customer Review: Fantastic!
I am new at yoga, the only reason I bought this was because of the customer reviews. I am so thankful that I have. The work-out is amazing. I feel renewed after I am done. It has also given my 3 daughters and myself something to do together. I bought the two DVD special. Both are worth the money!

Customer Review: This DVD is an absolute Joy!
I had bulked my muscles doing power yoga and weights. After a few months of doing this type of yoga (I do a rotation with a few of their dvds, if you want to know which ones specifically post a comment and I will respond) my bulky muscles are lengthening and my flexibility has increased 10 fold. I feel as graceful and lithe as a dancer. I am hooked on this yoga for life.

Fat Free Yoga is a great place to start if you want to try Ravi & Anas type of yoga. Once you see the fast results and experience their fun style, I think you will be hooked too.

Sicko
Following on the heels of his Palm d’Or winning Fahrenheit 9/11 and his Oscar winning film Bowling for Columbine, acclaimed filmmaker Michael Moore’s new documentary sets out to investigate the American healthcare system. Sticking to his tried-and-true on

Customer Review: House Resolution 676 Would Create Universal Health Care in US
SICKO is an entertaining and eye opening documentary that maintains a sense of dry humor about our corrupt health care system. We already pay for universal care here but don’t receive it because over 30% of the health care dollar is diverted to things not related to treating people.

HR 676 in the House of Representatives would create universal health care here and needs more cosponsors. In California, there is SB 840 which would do the same in California.

The leading cause of bankruptcies and foreclosures now is because people can’t afford to pay their doctor’s bills. We have a system now in which insurance agents are more powerful than doctors and this needs to change.

Customer Review: And I thought I would hate it
Some disclosure, I do not like the way that Michael Moore makes his “documentaries” and I honestly do not feel they should be in that category. For he does make sure that everything is shown to support his preconceived idea. You know that once he starts he is going to be supporting his personal view. And that is seen in this film. I know how bad Cuba’s health system is for the normal person and this film does not come close to showing it. We only get to see where the elite of Cuba go for healthcare. And we do not get to see those who wait trying to get specialist care in the “free” systems like France. It would be nice to see the good and bad of each system.

Now with all that I have to say that even though his scenes are “cherry-picked”, everything that Mr. Moore shows in his film about our Insurance system is quite accurate. In the richest country in the world with the best doctors and most advanced technology we have too many people going without required care. And his includes both medical procedures and prescriptions. I have seen a five year paperwork trail of someone insured by one of the largest health insurance companies in the U.S.A., with full health coverage, that was denied coverage for a piece of durable equipment that was required. This person could not wait for insurance so the equipment was purchased and claim filed, of course the claim was denied. After the five years of appeals, including involvement by his Senator and the U.S Department of Health, the piece of equipment was approved. But guess what? A letter was sent saying they, the insurance company, would not pay for the durable equipment bought because it was the “wrong” brand!

Most of our medical practitioners and all prescription companies have no compassion. All that matters is the bottom line, greed. We may have very good quality medical care, if you can get it that is. Having insurance is only for those who really do not need it. And even if you do have great insurance, it does not mean you are covered at all. So obviously the United States is in need of healthcare reform. And I do hope that everyone sees this film with an open mind. I know it shows only extremes, but what someone should realize that in the United States, not one citizen should have to go without required prescriptions or medical care regardless of its cost. And no one should have to choose between his or her life and their home.

We all know nothing is free, a free system would mean increase taxes. But let us see what those taxes would be and put it on a ballot so that the people can vote on the systems they want. The taxes might not be that much higher overall. Or perhaps the single payer system. No matter what anyone thinks of Michael Moore, hopefully this fill will increase the discourse on the U.S.A.’s healthcare system. This is the best film he has produced yet.

Exercise Ball Air Pump by Sports Stuff
Our biggest, sturdiest model. Good for exercise balls and small to large inflatables. Has well anchored hoses to handle higher pressure situations and 5 nozzles to fit almost anything. Built for heavy use. Notes: You need your feet to anchor it but because of its larger size you don’t need to bend over as much as other models. You can tell by using it it is built for heavy duty use. Our test only took 75 up and down strokes and less than 1.5 minutes to fill a 65mm exercise ball. One feature on this model that may be handy is the way the air hoses lock in place. If you have higher pressure inflatables or you want to put all your weight into pumping it, this will keep the hose in place and not pop out under pressure. It also deflates, which is great for shrinking items down as far as possible for storage. If you do not need a heavy duty pump, search for “Doublequick II” or “Faster Blaster.”

Customer Review: This pump is much more than I expected
I was quite pleased to pump up two exercise balls in less that half a minute. The pump is easy to use and is extremely effective. I’ve never had a pump work as well as this. A few pumps, and the exercise ball was inflated.

I was a little skeptical when ordering, but once I tried it I was a convert. This also allowed me to pump up my BoSu trainer easily - the foot pump that came with it is so noisy.

I can’t wait to try it on my bike tires next! It is that powerful.

Customer Review: Exercise Ball Air Pump by Sports Stuff
This pump does what the seller says it will, made pumping up my

exercise ball much easier then the cheapie pump that you pump

your rear end off and never seem to get anywhere.

I have a Breathing problem and this pump really helped me out,

would recommend it to anyone for ease of use…
