My son started to take ThreeLac six months ago. I didn’t think there was much improvement so we let the supply run out. Boy, was I sorry! I couldn’t get the new shipment in fast enough. When he’s taking ThreeLac (one packet per night), he sleeps better, his receptive language improves, his sensory issues improve, and he is less stimmy. The ThreeLac helps to keep his gut problems under control. I do recommend giving it a try. He’s on a gfcf diet and ThreeLac does contain trace amts of casein, but it doesn’t seem to affect him at all. Since he regresses without ThreeLac, he is going to stay on it.

Bought this for an 11 year old quarterback! He loves it. Every easy to set up and take down. He loves the fact that he can take it anywhere and set it up himself. This product provides further proof that you get what you pay for. While it was less expensive than competing products, it came with very little documentation, and our first attempt to refold it resulted in it’s becoming permanently deformed. We were able to restore it to a marginally usable condition, but we never tried folding it up again. Spend a few more bucks and get a better product.

Customer Review: Works for my 4 yr old son with autism
My son started to take ThreeLac six months ago. I didn’t think there was much improvement so we let the supply run out. Boy, was I sorry! I couldn’t get the new shipment in fast enough. When he’s taking ThreeLac (one packet per night), he sleeps better, his receptive language improves, his sensory issues improve, and he is less stimmy. The ThreeLac helps to keep his gut problems under control. I do recommend giving it a try. He’s on a gfcf diet and ThreeLac does contain trace amts of casein, but it doesn’t seem to affect him at all. Since he regresses without ThreeLac, he is going to stay on it.

Seems to work. I have taken this Levity supplement for a few years now. I believe I have a greater energy and ability to sleep soundly while taking Levity. The few times I stopped taking it, I did notice a difference of lethargy and low mood that ended as soon as I started up again. This may not be right for everyone, but I believe I do have a difficulty absorbing and using B vitamins, so this has been helpful for me. My advice is give it a try and see if you notice a difference. Remember that it is important to get regular exercise, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and try to get some time outdoors everyday even if only for 15 minutes. Supplements can help, but being smart about your health goes a lot further.

Great Cereal! I found this one in the health food store while looking for cereal that is wheat and flour free, which is a hard thing to find by the way. This cereal is packed with B-vitamins which are great for skin, hair, and nails. Since I have been beating off adult acne and can’t tough sugar, wheat, or flour this cereal has been wonderful! I stay away from dairy and use almond breeze original which is a super combo in the morning. Sometimes i add a little stevia to it to make it sweeter and it does a great job. I find it can be hard to find in the store and so i just bought three 6 packs of this simple but deliciouses stuff. I would recommend this to everyone.

I love Amaranth flakes and not just because they’re good for me. They are crunchy to the last bite, even after soaking in milk for a bit. Not overbearingly sweet (sweetened with cane juice & unsulfured molasses) and packed with vitamins and fiber; at 100 calories per serving, you can’t find a better deal. Whole heartedly recommend it.
