Customer Review: nice heating pad
This heating pad comforts you from your neck to your lower back, at least I can, I’m 5′4″. The only complaint I have is the plug at the pad sometimes comes lose enough that the light flashes on the controller and quits heating and has to be replugged. It doesn’t happen often, I guess I could have replaced it but it isn’t that big a deal. I have four ruptured disks and I really get relief from the heat.

Customer Review: King Size Heating Pad
This product is defective, and in addition, very inconvenient to use. It needs to be unplugged and re-plugged each time you use it. Sometimes it heats for the 2 hours before shutting off, and sometimes it heats for only a few minutes. I intend to return it for a refund very soon.
